mELANIE gRAVERSEN
With over ten years experience, I pride myself on targeting correct form and the in depth precision of every movement. I strive on honing in on weak areas and giving your muscles the ultimate response in every movement.

I am an elite level trainer in the fields of bike specific strength, pre and post natal recovery, knee and ankle injury rehabilitation and hypopressives. I aim to work hand in hand with your chiropractors, physiotherapists, doctors and other medical staff to give you a completely personal session every time.

I pride myself on helping you to navigate your strength, abilities and power, getting you from where you are to where you want to be.

When choosing your workout, be advised that some of the classes require a mandatory posture and strength session with me before you can attend the class.
